Boccaccio Avenue – Residence

This project was a remodel of an 800 sq ft residence constructed in the 50s. The concept was to open the space up as much as possible in order to bring in air and light. The kitchen has double doors opening to a side area and to a path that makes its way to the backyard where informal get-togethers are hosted. The compact kitchen has everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The bedroom has folding and sliding custom doors on a pivot hinge. All the furniture, closets and cabinetry are custom designed and built.
