Grove Projects I is a modern multi-level, five unit, 10,000 sq. ft. condominium complex with semi-underground parking. We wanted to maximize the square footage through the use of clever internal design and a pleasing façade with private entrances and lush creative landscaping. The mezzanine overlooks the living room and is situated above a gourmet kitchen. The living room has a unique floor to ceiling window that functions like a garage door in that it rises up to allow for airflow. The bedrooms are spacious and light-filled.
